The privacy policy of visitors is very important to us and we approach the collection of personal data responsibly and only when necessary. In order to ensure the information obligation, we list below what personal data is collected during the visit, for what purpose and how we further process it.

Information about visiting

Your personal data is transmitted securely thanks to encryption. We use the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption system. We secure our website as well as other personal data processing systems with appropriate technical and organisational measures against loss, destruction, alteration and further dissemination of data by unauthorised persons.

Tracking the pages you visit

For the purpose of processing statistical data regarding the website, we use Google Analytics services from Google, which is certified for data protection in the area of tracking website traffic.

During your visit to, the following data is collected and evaluated via embedded code, which is provided by your browser:

  • clicks.


These sites record your IP address, information about the amount of time you spend browsing those sites, and information about what pages you come to us from. Cookies are text files that are stored on your computer and are also used to measure site traffic and customize the way the site is displayed, and we are able to offer you better quality content because of these files. We therefore view these files as our legitimate interest. Some cookies are third-party files, e.g. Youtube, Google, etc.

Each time you access the website, the usage data transmitted by your browser will be stored in log files called Server Logfiles. The data sentences stored in this way contain the following data: date and time of access, page URL, IP address, may contain the previous URL address (so-called referrer), the amount of data transmitted, as well as the User Agent transmitted by the browser (e.g. type and version of browser and operating system used).

News subscription

By subscribing to the newsletter on our website, you agree to the use of your email address for the following purposes: the Ski Mlynky Gugel, represented by NALA Reality s.r.o., will send you information about news, promotions and special offers, as well as information about products and services via email. You can withdraw your consent in writing at any time at or by clicking on the link provided in each electronic newsletter.

Disagreement with the use of data

You have the right to withdraw your consent to data processing at any time with effect for the future. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter via the link in the footer of each newsletter. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of data processing carried out on the basis of this consent prior to its withdrawal.

In addition, the stored personal data will be deleted if you decide to withdraw your consent, if the data processed for the purpose of achieving a specific purpose is no longer necessary or if the storage is inadmissible for any legal reason.

Right to information and other rights of data subjects

You have the right to free information about the processing of your stored data. Subject to compliance with the requirements set out in generally binding legislation, you also have (i) the right to access your personal data, (ii) the right to rectification of inaccurate personal data, (iii) the right to restrict (block) the processing of your personal data, (iv) the right to object to the processing of your personal data processed for direct marketing purposes, (v) the right to erasure of personal data, in particular if they are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected or otherwise processed or if you have withdrawn your consent to their processing and if there is no other legal basis for the processing, or if the personal data have been processed unlawfully.

From the date of entry into force of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (i.e. from 25 May 2018), you also have the right to data portability if the specified conditions are met, i.e. you have the right to obtain your personal data that you have voluntarily provided to us in electronic form on the basis of your consent, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and, in this context, you may request the right to transfer these data to another controller, insofar as such a transfer is technically possible (right to data portability).

As a data subject, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, which is the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic, located at Hraničná 12, 820 07 Bratislava, if you suspect that your personal data is being processed in violation of the applicable legislation.
